RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING

You agree to ship all items to GaugeWerx at your own expense & risk.

GaugeWerx is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages, as well as lost, stolen, or damaged items.

It is your responsibility to insure your package.

Your shipping expense is not refundable, no exceptions.

GaugeWerx ships all items back insured for up to $100. If you want additional coverage it is your responsibility to request so. Additional coverage fees can be paid in a separate invoice.

Any shipping paid at checkout is to cover return shipping.

ORDER CHANGES

Please make sure to verify your order before completing your purchase. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes can be made.


WARRANTY

All work done by GaugeWerx comes with a lifetime warranty.

Opening any part that has been serviced by GaugeWerx will VOID any & all warranties.

In the event that an item is not functioning properly after repair, the customer will have the option to return it to GaugeWerx for further testing.

It is the responsibility of the customer to contact GaugeWerx for authorization before returning the item. Shipping fees for items being returned for testing are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item has failed due to faulty components or faulty workmanship GaugeWerx will repair the item at no charge.

If it is determined that the failure occurred due to external causes (i.e. faulty wiring, improper installation, failed external components, etc.), any guarantee, written or implied, will be considered null & void.

GaugeWerx is released of all liability, without limitation, for loss of profits, use, income, product, production, increased cost of operation, rental vehicle fees, or other loss arising in connection with the use of services rendered.

Under no circumstances will GaugeWerx be held liable or responsible for damages exceeding the total cost of repair paid to GaugeWerx by the customer.

The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty is limited by the lifespan of the product or system in which it is being installed. When an automobile reaches the end of its useful life a rebuilt instrument cluster or parts cannot be transplanted into a replacement vehicle with continuous warranty coverage.

GaugeWerx makes no guarantee of the completeness of accuracy of information offered for troubleshooting assistance and will not be held responsible for the improper diagnosis of components by others.

DISCOUNT CODES

Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases.
